A dreamy mixed case of our favourite skin-contact wines!
Starting with 1 bottle of Escoda-Sanahuja Els Bassotets (from Catalonia in Spain, this blend of Macabeu & Chenin Blanc is a multi-dimensional orange wine, which spent 2 weeks on the skins. Super fresh, fleshy and just the right amount of funk); 1 bottle of Denavolo Catavela (a quintessential skin-contact wine from Emilia-Romagna made with a field belnd of local varietals Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Marsanne, Santa Maria & more. With two months on skins, this wine develops a beautiful bouquet of orange citrus, pineapple and sage); and, 1 bottle of Hyperdrive from Rigour & Whimsy in the Okanagan (a blend of 2 independently fermented varieties: Pinot Blanc and Viognier. Ample orchard fruit, acidity and funk).
